Contract for purchase of a Jade Dreams puppy
Buyer agrees to purchase this
purebred puppy of the breed described below upon the terms of this contract.

The agreed purchase price for the Puppy is $______________ U.S., of which $________has been paid as a non-refundable
deposit; and is to be paid in cash at the time of delivery/pick up of the Puppy. The Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees
that, by signing this Agreement and making a deposit, the Buyer has made an irrevocable commitment to purchase the Puppy and
the entire deposit is therefore non-refundable. The buyer agrees to pick up the puppy when seller decides puppy is ready(between
age eight-twelve weeks), on a date and at a time agreeable to the seller and Buyer. The Buyer will forfeit the entire deposit
and all rights to purchase the Puppy if the total purchase price is not paid in full on or before __________________and puppy
is not picked up by__________________.
The Buyer states by signing this contract that he/she is at least eighteen
years old; that the Buyer has never been cited for, charged, or convicted of violating any animal cruelty law in any state
or country.
The Buyer agrees that the Puppy will be used as a family companion dog; and will not under any circumstances
be used or trained for activities which are illegal or inhumane. The Buyer agrees to raise, house, feed, train, exercise,
groom, socialize, keep and care for the Puppy in a humane manner; keep the puppy vaccinated and provide veterinary care for
any injury or illness. The Buyer agrees that the Puppy shall not be kept outside or allowed to roam free. This is not an outside
breed, and does not tolerate extremes in temperature. The seller recommends permanent identification of the Puppy by tattoo
or microchip and seller is to be listed as secondary contact. If any problems arise concerning this puppy, the Buyer agrees
to inform and consult with the seller. To the best of the seller's knowledge the above mentioned puppy is in good health,
and is free from symptoms of contagious or infectious diseases at the time of sale and pickup.The Buyer may,at Buyers expense,
have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within forty-eight hours after pick up of the Puppy to verify the Puppys
health. Seller agrees to replace a puppy with a life threatening hereditary condition anytime in the first year of life with
two veterinary statements or such, one being from a veterinarian of sellers choice. Replacement puppy will be of equal quality
as soon as one becomes available. No guarantee is made for any communicable diseases the puppy could be exposed to after purchase.
No veterinary expenses will be paid by seller at any time for any reason.
The Puppy is sold with a application
for registration with the American Kennel Club (AKC) , if sold as limited buyer agrees puppy will be spayed/neutered by six
months of age and proof of such will be given to the seller. If puppy is allowed to breed and is not spayed/neutered by six
months of age, buyer is obligated to pay the amount of $1,000 to the seller and seller has the option of taking back the puppy
and any resulting offspring. If puppy is purchased as a show/breeding prospect with full registration on a co-ownership with
seller,The Buyer agrees to enter Puppy in a reasonable amount of AKC conformation events yearly in a attempt to achieve Championship
status. No guarantees are made as to the puppy's ability to do well in the show ring or as a breeder. The puppy is to be registered
with the name Jade Dream in front of his Akc registered name. If puppy is a bitch, the Puppy will not be bred before the puppys
second heat cycle. The stud dog for Puppy will be mutually agreeable to both seller and Buyer for the first litter. The Buyer
agrees to turn over 1 puppy to seller. seller will get a second pick puppy from the first breeding. If puppy is a dog: Buyer
agrees to provide stud service at no cost to any bitch seller owns or co-owns throughout the puppys lifetime. If the Buyer
is ever unable to provide an appropriate home for the Puppy, the Buyer is prohibited from abandoning, euthanizing, surrendering
to a rescue or animal shelter, selling or giving away the Puppy without the sellers prior written permission; and the seller
will, at the sellers sole option, take the Puppy back without refunding any portion of the purchase price, buyer is responsible
for all costs in returning puppy to seller, puppy must be returned with all Akc papers. Seller has the option also to assist
the Buyer in finding a suitable home for the Puppy. If Buyer ever attempts to sell, transfer, surrender or otherwise dispose
of the Puppy without the sellers prior written consent, then the Buyer will automatically forfeit title to and ownership of
the Puppy; Puppy ownership will revert automatically to the seller; the seller will have the right to immediate possession
of the Puppy; the seller may take action to find and recover possession of the Puppy (and the Buyer shall be liable to the
seller for all of sellers costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney fees,transportation, and court costs)(any
court action will take place in the sellers state and county of residence)in attempting to find and recover possession of
the Puppy, regardless of whether sellers attempts are successful. Under such circumstances, the seller will not be obligated
to any refund. If anything would happen to the buyer to render them incapable of caring for the puppy anyone in their immediate
family would be allowed to take ownership of the puppy, however this contract would still apply to the family member and they
would be obligated to abide by all parts of the contract. The Buyer agrees to inform the seller of any changes in Buyers address
and/or telephone number during the Puppys lifetime. At the time of pick up the buyer assumes all responsibility for this puppy,
and all liability for this puppys actions.
If any part of this contract is broken by buyer, seller has the right
to take back the puppy with all akc papers and rights immediately at no cost to the seller. Buyer agrees to return puppy at
their cost to the seller!
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU
HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ALL ITS TERMS.
